Tender Advertisements/Invitation to Tender
- Open to all
- Reserved for Local Manufacturers
- Reserved for Disadvantaged Groups
Tenders are advertised as and when required pursuant to the provision of the PPADA (Revised) 2022 and PPADR 2020. Default procurement method is Open Tender. Tenders are published in local media, KEMSA website & PPIP. Other procurement methods are applicable as and when required as guided by the public procurement law.
Registration Of Suppliers/Vendors
Registration of suppliers is carried out pursuant to the provisions of PPADA (Revised) 2022 and PPADR 2020. Registration exercise is conducted once every two years however the list is update every six months to accommodate new applications.
